Q: Where do I view the item that I want to learn more about?

A: When you click an item, the full descripition cost and cart option will appear on a new page labeled product description.

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Ocean Escapes at Home's hours of operation are 9:00AM-5:00PM CST(Central Standard Time) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

Q: Where do I login to my account?

A: The login appears under the products on the main product page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to login.

Q: How long will it take to receive my item(s)?

A: Generally, shipping takes 7-10 business days.

Q: What do I need to do if I am unsatisfied with the product when I receive it?

A: If you receive a product that you are unsatisfied with, please contact us for the return policy for your item. You will return the product directly to the manufacturer, not to Ocean Escapes at Home.

Q: What payment types do you accept?

A: We accept all forms of credit/debit cards through Paypal service. It is free and easy to join paypal, and the convenience and security they provide are unmatched.

Q: Do you have a BLOG?

A: Yes. Ocean Escapes at Home's blog is called HEART. You can access the blog from our homepage. Click the link on the left hand side of the screen.

Q: Do you offfer monthly specials?

A: Yes! We offer monthly specials as well as clearance items. You can find them in our specials/new products tab at the top of the page!
