Ocean Escapes at Home wants your experience to be a great one. This being said, we understand that things sometimes happen with shipping and delivery, and we strive to help you resolve any issues that you have. Ocean Escapes at Home is a Distributor, not a Manufacturer. All of the items we provide are drop shipped directly from the Supplier. In order to return a product, the item must be sent directly to the Supplier of that product. All returns require a Return Authorization Number that is issued from the Supplier of each product. The Supplier‘s require this in order to process ANY return. If you need to obtain the return information for your item, please email us, and we will be more than happy to provide that information to you. We will strive to make all the information you need available to you. If you wish to return a product with no damage, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to the Supplier, as well as charged a restocking fee from that Supplier. Ocean Escapes at Home makes every reasonable effort to continuously update our site with available products for purchase. In the event that an item becomes out of stock or discontinued, you will be given the choice of choosing another item of equal or greater value and pay the difference, or a full credit to be used towards your next order with Ocean Escapes at Home.
